Thoughtfully chosen, forever meaningful.

Jake loved people. He could walk into any room and make everyone in it feel like a friend, and he did it with a smile that never seemed to leave his face. No matter what life brought his way, Jake stayed happy and kept smiling.

Jake also loved to dress. He took pride in how he put himself together and had a style that was all his own.

He said it best himself, in his own words, right in his Facebook bio:

When we lost Jake, we knew he would want us to keep smiling. But to truly do that, we had to turn his memory into something that keeps him alive and part of our everyday lives.

Growing up, I always dreamed of owning a boutique. Sidney wanted to build something meaningful of her own. Together, we realized we could build it for Jake. The number 34 was Jake's number, and Forever 34 opened its doors on November 22, 2025, in our small town of McRae-Helena, Georgia.

Every piece in our boutique is hand-picked with him in mind. They're things we love, things we think he would love, and things that we hope make you smile. Working side by side has given us a way to heal, to laugh, and to keep Jake right here with us every single day.
